Hold On To Your Hats

I'll always try anything once. Be it food, travelling destinations, stunts, music, watching movies, etc. I'd even like to that that I would even never say no to trying out certain clothing trends or styles.. except androgynous. It's a harmless look, but ever since I cut my hair off, I've been avoiding it. I didn't want to end up looking like a boy in drag (or "ladyboy" as RuPaul might say). Typing that out loud sounds really ridiculous now but I try to distance myself from the characters I play on YouTube and didn't want to look disastrous.

I tried it, I liked it, and I would probably do it again. Of course, red lipstick & my favorite twirling skirt can really add lady jazz to any potentially manly outfit. (That thought sounded better in my head.. )

Outfit details - Striped top, $4 (thrifted, Notation brand) - Skirt, $2 (thrifted, Willow Ridge brand) - Belt, .50 cents (thrifted) - Tights, from Dani (Torrid brand) - Black flats, $10 (Wal-Mart) - Sunglasses, .50 cents (thrifted) - Bow tie pin, handmade - Bowler hat, unknown - Lipstick, Matte Viva Glam 1 A71 by Mac

You look amazing! I really adore this outfit and it suits you so well.

I also love that your lipstick probably cost more than the entire outfit:)

Oh my GOSH you look beautiful in this outfit! Vintage is CERTAINLY your style- even my mom said "Ooh I love her 20's hair style!! She's cute!"

:))))))))))))

You most certainly do not look like a ladyboy. Besides, drag queens are FIERCE anyways! *be glad you're not tall and have a deep voice like I do!*

I ADORE this - so feminine in men's wear (with a twist). And the red lippy? Killing me softly.

One more thing: I just saw the before/after pic in your post about your food journal...and wow.

But the thing I like very best about your "transformation" is your haircut. So gamine. So very you.
